by Hat Tricks Staff

DANBURY, CT – The Danbury Hat Tricks have signed forward Phil Bronner to a contract for the rest of the 2021-22 season.

Bronner is a professional hockey veteran, most recently serving as a top-contributor to the inaugural Danbury Hat Tricks. In 2019-20, Bronner scored 18 goals and recorded 46 points for the Hat Tricks.

Overall, Bronner has played in 211 SPHL games and 127 FPHL games, recording 103 goals and 256 points.

"Bringing this group closer as a family, while adding some grit, are two areas that we wanted to enhance in order to ensure success down the stretch," said General Manager Billy McCreary. "Phil is a strong, power-forward who will add a physical presence necessary for our playoff push."

"He defines “Danbury hockey” with his style of play and he has a lot of familiarity with our locker room," he added.

He will join the Hat Tricks for the final part of the season as they push for a top-two seed and a bye in the first round of the playoffs.
