Hat Tricks Re-Sign Dzmitry Daniliuk

DANBURY, CT. -- The Danbury Hat Tricks of the Federal Prospects Hockey League re-signed defenseman Dzmitry Daniliuk

The 28-year-old had a professional career-high 14 points (three goals, 11 assists) in 49 games with the Hat Tricks last season. He had two points (two assists) in his Danbury debut on opening night in a 7-5 win against the Port Huron Prowlers on Oct. 29 and two points (two assists) against the Prowlers in a 6-5 win Nov. 12.

“Dzmitry is a solid presence for us on the back end,” Hat Tricks general manager and coach Billy McCreary said. “He has the ability and willingness to play in all situations. He is tough to play against and brings a compete level that is expected here in Danbury.”

A native of Belarus, Daniliuk has played three seasons in the FPHL and has 37 points (seven goals, 30 assists) in 133 games with Mentor, Danville and Danbury.
