Hat Tricks Re-Sign Forward Tobias Odjick

DANBURY, CT -- The Danbury Hat Tricks of the Federal Prospects Hockey League re-signed forward Tobias Odjick.

The 21-year-old had 29 points (11 goals, 18 assists) and 49 penalty minutes in 31 games as a rookie with the Hat Tricks last season. He was the youngest player on Danbury’s roster in 2021-22, making his pro debut Nov. 10 against the Watertown Wolves at the age of 20.

Odjick had three points in a game four times and a professional career-high two goals in a 5-3 loss to Watertown on Jan. 13. During the Commissioner’s Cup Playoffs, Odjick was second on the Hat Tricks with three goals in four games.

The Quebec native is the son of former NHL forward Gino Odjick, who played 605 games with the Vancouver Canucks, New York Islanders, Philadelphia Flyers and Montreal Canadiens. Gino Odjick is 17th all-time in NHL history with 2,567 penalty minutes.
