Labelle Rejoins Hat Tricks' Blueline
DANBURY — The Danbury Hat Tricks have re-signed defenseman Josh Labelle to a player agreement.
Labelle was acquired from the Columbus River Dragons on Oct. 18 last season and made his debut for Danbury on Dec. 29 in Watertown after playing 12 games for the Delhi Flames in the OSHL. In his first season with the Hat Tricks, the 6-foot-6 defenseman recorded 34 points (9g, 25a) in 35 games, including four power-play goals and three game-winners.
The 2024-25 season marks Labelle’s fourth in the FPHL previously suiting up for the Watertown Wolves in 2021-22 (61 GP, 24-6-30) and River Dragons in 2022-23 (56GP, 9-25-34). Before playing in the FPHL, the Mississauga native, spent parts of five seasons in the GMHL (Greater Metro Junior A Hockey League) with the St. George Ravens, Bradford Bulls, Ville-Marie Pirates, and Temiscaming Titans.
